In an effort to bring you the Sex Panthers, we have started a Podcast. What is a Podcast? It’s a way for you to automatically download each show and listen at your leisure. Yeah, it kicks ass.

The easiest way to get a Podcast is with iTunes 7:

1. If you don’t already have it, download and install iTunes 7


2. On the top navigation bar select:
   Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast...
   
   
3. Copy the following link into the URL field and select OK
   http://www.sexpantherradio.com/podcast.xml


4. The most recent file will download automaticaly then you can play it.


5. Cuddle with your iPod and enjoy.


6. To change how often the files are downloaded:
   • Select Edit > Preferecnes... from the top nav bar
   • Select the Podcasts tab
   • Change the value of Check for new episodes to suit your preference.
